Once again, I have taken on yet another "weekend warrior" home improvement project. Talk about alot of work. Why is it that it never appears to be too difficult or time consuming until half way through the project? This latest endeavor is 'redesigning' my kitchen table and chairs. After visiting several furniture stores in the past couple of months, I have decided that I can make my now worn and rugged looking table and chairs
look like what I see in the stores for substantially less money. All I basically need is time and effort. (Now 4 days into it, I realize I am lacking severly in both areas! lol) I am, however, pleased with the results so far
and hopefully by the end of this 3 day weekend, I will be able to say I have completed 'yet another....home improvement project. :)

Have I ever mentioned you are my hero? You inspire me so much in the DYI department. It looks as though all your efforts are paying off, the table looks great! I look forward to seeing another update when this project is complete.
